Prepare To Be Hired was born from a need that Kim discovered in the job search market while she was working as a Recruiter. Seeing hundreds of resumes and conducting countless interviews each week she soon realized that the average job seeker was struggling to keep up with the changes in the job search process. The biggest issue - people were struggling to use new technology to their advantage and were getting lost in the process.
She stepped in and helped friends with their job searches which blossomed into a business and a passion for her. This was just a natural progression in her career which had focused on sales, marketing and recruiting. She has worked in many industries from Publishing, Broadcast TV marketing, and Insurance while the bulk of her career was the Automotive industry.
"What I have found in my own career is that often times skills set can translate to different positions and even different industries. The key is to be able to adequately relate your experience to a new situation. I can help you do just that."

Kim is currently living in North Central Wisconsin but her wandering soul likes to travel as often as she can. Especially to escape the long Wisconsin winters. In summer you will find her camping by the lake with her crazy bulldog Rocco and Roccos cat Christian Grey.
